5875 EXPLORER DRIVE
Nouvelle acquisition dans la région du Grand Toronto.
Groupe Mach Inc. (MACH) is proud to announce the acquisition of 5875 Explorer Drive in Mississauga, Ontario. This new acquisition in the Toronto area confirms MACH's intention to intensify its activities throughout the Greater Toronto Area and the rest of Canada.
"With such potential in the Greater Toronto Area, our interest in the region keeps growing. Our short-term goal is to build a solid portfolio of top-quality buildings, which is MACH's strength and reputation. The 5875 Explorer Drive acquisition is an excellent example of a building that meets our standards, both in terms of the quality of the building and its tenants and its location," says Vincent Chiara, President of MACH.
The Class A building, built in 2014 and certified LEED Platinum NE and LEED v4.1, has nearly 52,000 square feet of office space on 3 floors. It meets the highest management and maintenance standards and is fully occupied by two multinational companies: Konica Minolta and Aryzta. The property is strategically located off Highway 401, just minutes from Pearson International Airport, and is easily accessible by car and public transit.
In recent months, MACH announced the acquisition of First Meadowvale Centre in Mississauga. The company also owns various industrial buildings in Ontario.
