Construction begins for the condos building at Città Montréal

It was with great pride that MACH and its partner Construgep held the official groundbreaking ceremony for Condos Città building of the Città Montréal project in Saint-Léonard. This 4th phase of 162 condominiums adds to Città Montréal's current offering, which includes two rental buildings with a total of 321 apartments and a 197-unit Coopérative d'habitation. Ultimately, nearly 930 housing units - apartments, condos and social housing - will form the Città Montréal community. Condos Città is scheduled to welcome its first residents in summer 2025.

This project began in 2011 with the acquisition of Domaine Renaissance, with the objective of bringing new vitality to this neighborhood and making it a welcoming, inclusive and safe place to live. Today, we are witnessing the realization of this project, the result of an exceptional collaboration involving several social, municipal and governmental players. Thanks to this collaboration, the project has succeeded in integrating local shops, a housing cooperative, apartments and condos into a harmonious whole.
