Agreement with the Sud-Ouest borough

MACH and the Sud-Ouest Borough, after successful negotiations, reached an agreement leading to a revision of the development agreement for former CN Workshops signed in 2012.

• Thanks to everyone's collaboration, the original project has now been greatly improved and the entire community will benefit from it.
• Acquisition by the City of Lot 5 and creation of an additional green space
• 7,400 square meters of parks and green spaces provided for in the development project
• Construction of an improved blue-green lane
• Launch of the residential project, including 215 social and community housing units
