Technicien(ne) en entretien de bâtiments - Rivière-du-Loup

Based in Rivière-du-Loup and under the responsibility of the Shopping Center Director, the Building Maintenance Technician performs the following tasks:

• Ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of various systems (electricity, heating, plumbing, piping, HVAC, fire protection);
• Analyze and adjust these different systems;
• Ensure their compliance with building standards;
• Show initiative in performing minor repairs, general maintenance, and other more or less complex tasks;
• Respond to calls organized by the dispatcher, such as: discomfort due to temperature, water infiltration, ventilation noise, tripped circuit breaker, defective electrical outlet, etc.;
• Perform preventive work during regular hours as required by the team;
• Be available during certain pre-established periods to work on emergency calls;
• Coordinate some work carried out by workers;
• Make health and safety a priority during interventions while following the procedures and work methods established in the building;
• Maintain good relationships with various stakeholders in the building and proudly represent MACH’s image;
• Any other related tasks.
